We can cut anything from .020" aluminum sheet up to 4" thick HDU Foam. Edges can be square, beveled or rounded. You can see the edge quality in the photo below. This is a picture of a small Guitar prototype with a beveled edge. This is how it looks coming off the machine. The only thing we need to do is smooth off the razor-sharp edge.
